Payment Options

  • Modes of Payment

    We accept payments through the following modes:

    Online Transfer to OCL bank account. Please ensure that you or your bank always quotes your OCL student registration number in the reference.

    2. Bankers draft, postal order or a cheque made in the favour of ‘OXFORD COLLEGE OF LONDON’ must be posted to Oxford College of London, 156-158 Katherine Road, E6 1ER London, UK.  Please remember to mention your name and OCL Student Registration Number with all the payments.

    3. Applicants within UK can also submit the cheques personally at the Admissions Department. Unconditional offer letter will only be issued after the cheque is cleared.

    4. You can also pay your full fees or instalments by credit or debit card.  Please contact Admissions on +44 (0) 208 472 5377 to provide us with your card details.

  • Terms and Conditions

    Students are allowed one week after the enrolment as a cooling-off period. If you withdraw from the course within one week after the enrolment, your fees would be refunded after deduction of £100/ as an administration charges. You can transfer your course to another course offered by OCL within this cooling period. Under no other circumstances, the refund of the fees or transfer of the course will take place after the cooling off period. OCL reserves the right to terminate the enrolment of a student in case of non-payment of the fees. OCL will not accept liability for any incidents beyond control or force majeure. Should any student wishes to discontinue with the course at any time then the full amount for the course will still be due as they have entered into a legally binding contract to pay the Course fees in full and any additional fees where appropriate.

  • Students tuition fee Instalments

    OCL provides you the opportunity to pay course fees by instalments.

    For any distance learning course with fees of £1000/ or more, you can pay the whole fees in four instalments in first four months of the course start date.

    For any distance learning course with fees of less than £1000/, you can pay your fees in two instalments in the first two months of the course start date.  For example,
